WINE-MAKING METHOD : grapes harvested and seselected exclusively by hand. The plots are carefully monitored for grape maturity in order to achieve the best picking time.

COLOUR : elegant ruby red robe

BOUQUET : stewed red berries, aroma scent and spicy notes

PALATE : supple and silky. We find back the complex spicy note of the bouquet with a hint of red berries at the finish.

DRINK IT WITH : fine and mature this wine suits perfectly withyour festive cuisine such as spicy grilled food and more serious dishes like a potée bourguignone. This wine can show a little natural sediment.
