Sweet, light and with a low alcohol content (8°), this is a natural effervescent wine. Its fine, pearly bubbles come from a natural fermentation after bottling. Shining and golden, Clairette de Die’s originality lies in the aromas of its Muscat (85%) and Clairette (15%) grape varieties, enhanced by the very special “dioise” method.
