Clairette de Die : Sparkling with flavours

Clairette de Die Tradition :

Sweet, light and with a low alcohol content (8°), this is a natural effervescent wine. Its fine, pearly bubbles come from a natural fermentation after bottling. Shining and golden, Clairette de Die’s originality lies in the aromas of its Muscat (85%) and Clairette (15%) grape varieties, enhanced by the very special “dioise” method.

Coteaux de Die : A very unique pleasure!

Vinified from the white Clairette grape variety ...

Coteaux de Die is a white wine dry and quiet.

This is the only dry blanc de blanc with its own appellation d’origine in the South of the Die region. Serve well chilled, to accompany seafood and fish dishes.

It is also an outstanding partner for local gastronomic specialities, such as the ravioles de Romans or the Picodon goat cheeses.
