CLAIRETTE DE DIE "TRADITION"The fine, beaded foam of Clairette de Die is obtained through natural fermentation in the bottle. Grape must with no added sugar, gives rise to a naturally effervescent, slightly sweet wine with a low alcohol content (approx. 8% vol.).Brilliant and golden, Clairette de Die owes all its originality to the subtle aromas of the Muscat (80%) and Clairette (20%) grape varieties that the age-old method of the Diois enable us to extract. Clairette de Die is at its best drunk at a temperature of 6 - 8° as an aperitif or with dessert, it is also a handsome foil for foie gras. Buy, order form : CLAIRETTE DE DIE "TRADITION" |
